Shannon is one of my very best friends. She is extremely driven, smart, and dependable.  She is always willing to help in anyway she can. She is  funny, thoughtful, creative, caring and a wonderful friend (and a catch for some really lucky guy!)   She is very active with her church and community.  She is beautiful inside and out!

Shannon's always been around for the "big" stuff in my life...

 She loves to cook and try new recipes, crochet, read, shop, and travel (recently to Alaska!) 

 

She has lived all over the south (SC, NC, and TN), but currently resides in Atlanta, GA.  She moved to Atlanta right after graduating from Western Carolina University in 2011 (where she received a degree in Finance) to start her new job working in Accounting Systems Support.

5 year anniversary and Kid Senses!

I want to get back into blogging more about our weekends and trips and not just monthly updates.  I love looking back at these! 

August 11 was our 5 year anniversary and what did we do to celebrate...why went to Kid Senses of course! haha

First we went to Chilis for a late lunch.  I ordered Macy her very own kids meal.  A whole cheese pizza, side of corn, and chocolate milk.  She ate WAY more than I thought she would!

Lunch took a lot longer than we thought so we only had about an hour to spend at Kid Senses

18 months old (September 5th)

Macy is a year and a half!

**You love to jibber jabber all day long!  You have started saying "C'mon!".  If I say something followed by "ok?" you say "K!"  You shake your head no.  You say "heeyyyyy" and wave .  You have also started to say "hello" when you're on the phone or pretending you are on the phone.  You look at books and "read" usually making the sounds of the animals that are on the pages .  You are also very good about saying thank you!
