Could it be you are really 10 months old today, Macy? In just 2 short months you will be having your first birthday...I cannot believe it!
*You are now pulling up and standing while holding on to furniture. You will walk side to side while holding on, but no real steps towards walking. This is fine with me, because I already can't keep up with you!
*You had your first Christmas and had a great time! You have so many new toys and you love to play! You like your kitchen set we got you and pretend to cook and feed your baby dolls.
*At your last
dr appt (Dec. 9) you weighed 19 lbs 5 oz. and you were 28.5 inches long.
*You came down with a virus of some sort on Dec. 28th and had to go to the dr. on Dec. 30th because you kept running a fever. We also found out you had thrush and have been treating your mouth and bottom for that.
*You are in the process of cutting your 8th tooth! 4th one on the bottom.
*Size 3 diapers (Luvs is our choice for now)
*9-12 month clothing and I think a size 3 shoe (you dont really wear shoes, but I tried some of your size 3 shoes on you and you kept them on much better, tho a little big)

*You hate being dressed and having your diaper changed...its like wrestling an aligator!
*You've hit a fussy phase. I can see you are going to be a very stubborn little girl...whew! I've had to get on to you for screaming and scratching me...uh oh! (pic taken Jan. 2nd...theres the look!)
*When you decide to be sweet (lol) you give us kisses or as we call it "sugars". I also taught you to blow kisses.
*If i'm snacking on something you quickly make your way over and say "bite?" Here you are on Dec. 18th trying a donut hole that I made..yum!
*You are sleeping a liiiitttle bit better , but you're going to bed way too late! We got your schedule all out of sorts from the holidays so you've been wanting to nap at 8 and then get back up at 9 and not going to bed til around 11 or 11:30! But here lately you have only been waking up one time during the night as opposed to multiple time so thats progress at least! You love to sleep in too...til 10 or later! This picture was taken Thursday, Dec. 29th...you were not feeling good at all.
*Your favorite foods are bananas, yogurt, sweet potatoes, cottage cheese (which you tried yesterday), puffs, crackers (basically any kind of crunchy snack), apples, and you tried a grilled cheese for the first time Jan 2nd and really liked it!
*You love to sip water from your sippy cup that has a straw. Not too fond of the other kind. (pic taken on Jan 1st, 2012)
*You still say "eyes" constantly... But you also can say "bite", "apple", "mama", "da-da", "bye", "hey", "cat", "fish". There are probably others that I can't remember or just can't understand yet.
*You have a good time at your Mawmaw's on mondays and tuesdays playing with her little dogs. Especially Daffney. Here you are on Dec. 12...most definitely saying "eyes" lol
